    No they taste bad, they're a lot cheaper than the pills though. I can still taste it in my shakes. You get used to it like everything else that comes with this life. You can add olive oil though to shakes and that's not too bad. Gives it kind of a nutty flavor.

    You should up your fat intake, 23g a day is not enough. At least 15%-20% of your diet should be fat. I use a higher percentage but everyone's different.
