I recently heard something about diet drinks(D.P. Coke,etc.) screwing with protein synthesis. What do you ladies and gentlemen think about this? What are the negative effects of consuming 2-3 diet cokes a day(if any)? Is it really a big deal?

How many people here have actually gotten infections? I had heard that the need to swab the injection site with alchohol was more myth than anything else.(unless your covered in filth,I suppose). Anyone gotten an infection because they failed to do this?
