believe me i have been busting my ass...4-6 days a week in the gym for the last year. i've lost over 70lbs of fat, but now i just can't get into that "cut/ripped" catagory. Can anyone give me an idea on how often to eat, and what to eat....if someone was to just lay out what i need to eat ill...
i usually have a protein shake in the morning, a light healthy lunch....sometimes just a smoothie, and then a regular portion chicken & veggies dinner....please, someone just tell me what to do to make this happen and i'll do it, im just sick of trying to figure this shit out.

My first cycle was about six months ago that lasted about 3 months with Sustanon 250 @ 500mg/week; Tren ace at 1mg/EOD, and some Deca....had great results but had a lot of water retention and and didn't cut me up at all. (just some back ground info)
Ok, I just started a cycle of Tri-Tren 150 and Winni. Background history is that I use to weight 260lbs of fat...did a lot of dieting and all and now I'm down to around 185 but have hit a wall with lossing fat, but now I'm trying to build some serious lean, dense muscle without water/fat...
