    Who wants to help me figure out a diet/workout schedule? Main problem: I have no weights, little money, and no access to a gym.

    I'm 6'2", 201 pounds. I am down from 235 last winter! Anyway, I have about 10-15 more pounds to go and want to know the best way to do it. How many calories a day should I be eating to lose fat but not muscle? I walk between 30-60 minutes a day (1.8 -3.6 miles)
