Well, I'll answer my own question I guess. My results came back and I was clean. I guess since I was not arrested, fingerprinted, and prosecuted I do not have a criminal record. Just had my gear taken and paid a fine on the spot was it.

PLEASE!!!! Does anyone know if a fine constitutes a criminal conviction???????? HELP!!!!!!!!

I have to go through a Livescan background check. I was caught by customs at the TJ border in 99. They confiscated my gear and let me go with a $500. fine. No arrest, no court dates, just a fine and go home. Will that show up on a Livescan check?
