my fault. i don't know anything about GH.

whoa...i don't know how GH is injected. i know that everything i've used has been administered through in injection into the muscle. insulin is not. i live with a diabetic and his needle barely penetrates his skin. its tiny.

I used that when I was in high school. I gained a lot of weight...but looked puffy. I wasn't aware of it then, but Im guessing my bf% went way up.

i got the body opus from qfac.com. its missing some pages, but it was a reprint.
