Fats are around 30G ED and carbs are around 300 i eat 3 meals +3Shakes I've had a hard time gaining weight over the 5 yrs i've been working out i started at 5'8 115 lbs and im now 5'8 160 lbs 8% BF And i just started the diet a week ago, I've put on a 2 lbs so far.
My stats are 5'8 160lbs a little under 8%BF Is a clean 4000Calorie and 250G protein diet sufficient to put on weight? should it be more cal? more protein? Thanks.
