The high protein diet and lifting will definitely take it's toll on you. I developed some sore hemorroids a few months ago, and I think taking multiple shits every day had some part in that. I started eating much more fiber and that helped a ton.
I don't plan to ever run it for more than a week at a time now. And no higher than 400mg. I had some weird shit happening with my taste after a week, made drinking water hard, and that's not a good thing.
