    try not to use the MRP bar they are garbage, 25g's of carbs after a workout isnt a lot to refill muscle gycogen, i would probably bump that to say 50 at least... especially if you are trying to gain muscle....i second what millie said about the calories and macros....any cardio???

    definatly try getting something in your body before you train in the morning...it will help performance and avoid muscle wasting during exercise....why not check out fitday.com and get back to us with a total calorie count and a macronutrient breakdown it should take too long....

    as you can tell i am not a big fan of the low carb diets, i tend to lose to much muscle on them i rather eat some carbs and do a little more cardio but that is my personal preference but it works, a diet similar to this was outlined in Flex Magazine recently so you could check that out too....

    multiply your bodyweight by 1.25 and eat that many grams of protein, multiply your bodyweight by 1.8 and eat that many carbs (making sure they are low glycemic except post workout).....dont necessarily add any fat to your diet...lift as you have been and do 30 mins of cardio 4-6 times a week...

    holy shit .... 1 cup of corn is 600 cals an 123g of carbs... i never realized .... the foods dont look too bad although corn is a starchy vegetable, make sure that bread is WHOLE wheat or WHOLE grain, regular wheat isnt that much better than white bread, not a big fan of the white potato...
