i am nearly 20 years old 6 ft 1 i am 14 stone 3 have very little body fat dont know the percentage been training for nearly 2 years

i am wanting to start my first course of steroids i have got 10 mg dbol tablets how many a day should i take and should i change my training? thanks for any help you can give me deckav
