My goal was to be in the best shape of my life when I turned 40, so what better way then to do a figure competition.
I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it and look that amazing!
Now I am hooked and am doing another show March 28th!
Sorry it took me so long to respond to you. Yes..I live in Glendale.
I get my digestive enzymes at Max muscle, but you can also get some at most health food places. I find the chewable work better than the capsules.
Hope you find some good ones..they work wonders!
Take digestive enzymes with your meals!
I eat a ton of protein training right now and even girls can get this issue. I use probiotics and enzymes and they help tons!
I get the chewable ones from MaxMuscle and they work great. I find the chewable enzymes work better than the capsules.
They are made by Prolab...dosage is as follows:
L-Leucine 1500mg
L-Isoleucine 960mg
L-Valine 1320mg
I take 1 in am, 1 before 1 work out, and 3 right after I get done working out.
I recently increased my dose of BCAA's from 1-2 caps a day to 4-5 as I am preparing for a competition in November and I notice that now I seem to be having issues with needing to run to the bathroom all the time. It is the only real change I have made, but it doesn't make sense to me that...

I am a little worried about the bloat and stomach issues it can cause. Any thoughts on that?
I have also read conflicting reports where some say you need to load for a few days and some say that...
Thanks...I think that taking a a week break from cardio is a welcome thought right now!
I have lifted my legs even with the training for my marathon because I don't want to lose all the muscle I have previously built and I think that added strength helps me. However, I have been really lifted...

I listen to music alot, especially during cardio and then keeps me really going.
Set yourself some goals so you have something to strive for and go for it!!
Thanks for the advice, I am looking forward to changing my routine and not running so much.
Currently alternate Back/Bi, then Chest/Tri, Legs and some abs mixed in during the week.
A sample work out would be....
Back/Bi: (right now 3 sets of 15 reps each)
Wide Grip lat pull down
