I was wondering when I am done with the letro do I need to take anything after that to get my body back to normal and keep the gyno away. like nolv or clomid. I thought I read it somewhere that says you do.

I have been using letro for two weaks now started at .5 mgs worked up to 2.5mgs and my gyno is almost gone. I am also off cycle, not sure if it is permanent but i am sure it is.

I am looking to start a turanabol cycle. I will probably start with around 40mg should I take all 4 pills at once or spread them out throughout the day? Also is there any reason to cycle down at the end or do I just end at my highest dosage?
