Nope not the NHS just a breast cancer clinic in USA. Insurance covered it.

Golfball sized lump not bad at all I have a pict and it's barely noticeable but I wanted to get super shredded and thought this surgery would help finalize my physique but dude scar'd my nip up. Feels bad man. I wish he would have just done a U shaped incision around aerola.

To add, avoid shampoos with sodium (or ammonium) laureth or lauryl sulfate on the ingredient profile.

Shave with the grain and then if you must against the grain for a really close shave.

I train around 8pm, a good pre-workout meal and good music sure will help.
