Ok, so im thinking this would be my diet,
Breakfast 3 Large whole eggs and 3OZ of beef stew meat
Fat 62g / Protien 46.5 / carbs 3.4g
Lunch 3 large whole eggs and 3oz beef stew meat 8oz Cauliflower
