Week1= 1 serving- 8:00a.m
Week2= 2 servings-8:00a.m,12:00p.m
Week3= 3 servings-8:00a.m,12:00p.m,4:00p.m
Week4= OFF
Week5= 2 servings-8:00a.m,12:00p.m
Week6= 3 servings-8:00a.m,12:00p.m,4:00p.m
After that, cycle off for 6 weeks and then you can start...
