I don't really know for sure. My local Y I dont think has a caliper or anything. I can barely see 4 of my abs on a good day when I'm flexing. My metabolism is about in the middle of slow and fast.
I'm 18 years old and 5'11" 173lbs, I'm looking to gain naturally and efficiently with protein casein, bcaa's. I'm relatively new to bodybuilding supplements. So I'm open to input.
