Yeah, Iam doing it only for strenght, I don't want to gain a pound! I want to hold my new -105kg category and I am at 103 kg. I just realized, that I have to stay on 60 mg/day due the detection time. (first meet is very soon). But that creatine idea, would it be ok even if I don't want to gain?
