I ran 12.5mg (half a tab) every third day for a month then i did taper to just 12.5 once a week for another month just to make sure , it hasnt come back . hope that helps bro

12.5 mg of aromison every third day should do it, i got puffy nips months after a cycle and just did that much and they went back to normal in a couple of weeks
