bulking diet
I don't eat the same things every day, but here is an example:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1-2 scoops weight gainer w/milk, tablespoon of flax oil
Meal 2: Granola bar, tuna in sunflower oil ,apple
Meal 3: 2 Double cheeseburgers, milkshake, potato
Meal 4: 2 cups yogurt, fruit
