Okay, since im steering clear of roids, what should i use to build muscle? i run atleast 20 miles a week!....but its just not enough....i dont look like i wanna look. WHERES ALL THE MUSCLE GOING?! hehe. Plz help if ya can! (as in supplements, workouts, diets, etc.) Thanks. ;)
Okay..this is Spunky's girl....im havin some second thoughts already.....but I'm still kindof wondering what i need to do. I run track and Cross country...about 100lbs, and i want to build up a bit more muscle and endurance......if i was to use roids....what should i start out with?
