Whether I shave or wax (especially shave) I get these nasty red bumps everywhere...they look a lil like ingrown hairs sometimes. OMG, it looks like when I guy does a really bad shave on his face and breaks out. No matter if I uuse shaving cream or not, this always happens. what do I do??? any...
