My weight has pretty consistently been 76kg on average. So i think im maintaining and need to increase calories. Im going with a 100 calorie bump.

Got in a back session early morning before work. Im a lecturer so I have to teach classes on a rotating roster, so i fit in the workouts when i can.
Luckily i can use the campus gym, which is pretty decently stocked out.

Had a pretty busy week, but i still managed to get a session in. Feels good to be eating more food and feeling stronger.
I know that when you are lean you are supposed to rebound well, so im hoping ill make some gains.
