Whats the best way to eat eggs? when I see that you guys have written for example:
Meal 1.
1/2 Oat meal, 8 egg whites.
What do you suggest I do with the egg whites?
I'm a 100m runner so I want to get my BF to at least 8% its currently 11.6%. I want to keep my hard earned muscle and get even bigger. Here's my diet:
Note: I use a littile bigger then hand size portions for each group basically.
Meal 1.
Oat meal, 2 scoops of protein powder.
Meal 2.
4 slices...
