Hi all, Ive started the fat fast yesterday and ate 200calories of macadamia nuts five times a day. Im hoping to stick to this for five days so I can hopefully lose 8 pounds. I cant seem to lose this weight. I am a 26 yr old female if thats important :) I was hoping someone could advise...
