bad packers i just ordered from an overseas op. i tried to keep the order small, only 10 amps. i got the package today. it was in a box that was about 6 inches cubed ! WTF? it got through but what a shitty packing job. newspaper from europe.

Is there a mg/unit of body weight dosing recommendation for sustenon? I'm 240 pounds and I don't feel that I'm getting as much out of 500 mg/week as I should. I've gainned 20 pounds in 8 weeks with very little water retenetion and side effects. Could I bump the dose up next time to 750...
