    You should follow a CKD.... low carbs for the week to 10 days... then do a 1 to 2 day carb up and them back to low carbs again... that will allow you to build muscle and put on some mass while staying lean and keeping carbs low almost all the time

    Add some fat to your diet... it sounds crazy but its key... some flax oil and eat an avocado daily... this non digestable flax actually binds to stored bodyfat and helps reduce overall body fat...

    Add some cheese when you are lifeguarding and just wrap the turkey slices in it! Or you can add a polio string cheese snack or two during the day to add some calories and fat... its looks like a good low carb diet.... just don't skip the fat or it won't be effective
