I would put a meal in at about 2pm also if i was you, say 250grms chicken/turkey with some wholegrain rice or even a slice of wholemeal bread and salad

would it be alright to skip the 3 PM and have a shake instead, and if I'm unable to have one of the meals can a shake substitute it? just that i will be at work with no time for breaks

I have been lifting on and off for 3 years or so however in the last 6 months I have been hitting it pretty hard and making good gains
I am wondering if anyone can give me a good test cycle diet, I am due to start my first cycle in a week or so
