Rest day today was solid. Body is feeling good. Added in kpv at 2.5mg as well and blood pressure has been perfect so far as well. Bodyweight still sitting around 250ish pounds. Walking an average of 10k steps daily.

Nice little back day today, progressing each week and just staying to plan. Got to the gym later than normal and normally I hit 2 hamstring exercises on these days but I had to cut my workout short. Might go back after work and finish those last two exercises.
