I've been lifting for about 5 years now, on and off.
On and off due to some joint problems the last few years.
I'm 6-2 and 280 lbs @ aprox 21 - 26 % bf.
I've planned a cycle and it goes like this:
EQ, 400 mg/wk, wks 1-10
Winny, 50 mg ed, wks 1-7
T-400, 400 mg/wk, wks...
