    I agree with them...Work your abs like any other muscle group...Slow and steady with hard contractions...Only crunch the abs, don't do full sit ups... Hope this helps...:)

    When to carb up????

    If you are at 50g of carbs per day and want to carb up for sat, then you need to slowly increase your amount of carbs starting friday morning. Eat sweet potatoes and other low glycemic carbs. At the same time you should be cutting back on your water intake and taking urva ursa...this will help...
