Yeah training hard again but still having some days off just with the misso recovering from her surgery, but getting it done where I can and also just helping out around the house alot

Workout last night Legzzzzz Slept 7.5hrs, felt great agter I had some vital sleep capsules Warm up on treadmill for 15 mins at 6.5 speed and 4 incline Squats Set 1, 65kg, 10 reps Set 2, 85kg, 8 reps Set 3 and 4, 100kg, 6 reps, went nice and slow, on the way down and way up, Walking lunges...

Lil update all, im back at work and ive started doing a little workout, and have pulled up sore from Dom's haha after a week off, but felt strong, will post the workout up later, Misso is doing well after her surgery also so thats a win
