Well I took your advice and this is what I came up with so far:
8:00 AM - Protein Shake with 2 non-fat waffles
11:00 AM - 6 ounce chicken breast over brown rice
2:00 PM - Bowl of bran cereal with 1 cup skim milk
5:00 PM - Workout followed by protein shake
8:00 PM - 6 ounce chicken breast...
