Ive been training for 4 years. I really got serious about it though in the last 10 months. Ive gained about 8 lbs naturally but have pretty much hit a wall for improvement.
Im interested in starting a cycle for the first time and would appreciate some expert advise. Im 5'8 190 lbs. I want to gain about 10 pounds but I am mainly worried about getting cut. Any advise on cycles with best results and minimum side affects would be appreciated.
