still wondering flexing

are you supposed to be flexed when injecting, in all the pics on the spotinjections.com site they are all flexed, ive always been told not to flex

I really need some help guys, could any one give me some information on the different injection sites, mainly bicep and chest, I know where to inject in these sites but cant find anything about the depth of the needle to go in, all I have done is Glute injections so far.
