Is it ok to store my creatine and glutamine in the fridge instead of on the shelf? I don't see how the temperature would hurt anything, if not help keep its shelf life longer because of the cooler temp along with the dry air. Anyone?
Fat slows down the digestion process and slows the absorbtion of macronutrients. In the time around your workout you do not want this absorbtion to be slowed down because your body is in desire need of those nutrients more quickly.
Ok, thats what I was thinking. I have my own creatine monohydrate and my own pure dextrose. I'll start mixing my own. So basically all that other stuff in the premixes is just added junk to make you think its better?
I'm getting close to the end of my met-rx mass action creatine (creatine + dextrose + other stuff like glutamine/taurine etc) and debating whether i should buy another one or just mix creatine monohydrate with my own dextrose? Would mixing my own be as effective? It would essentially just be...
I just bought a couple of small tubs of Met-RX Mass Action (creatine) and the expiration is Sept. 2003 (this month). They should still be good for a while right (as far as the creatine is concerned)?
