    biotest se7en

I'm a powerlifter so I take many supps for strength and intensity. I would choose creatine, amp02, beta-7, red blast or spike to help with workouts and not se7en. Spike shotgun now has Beta-alanine. The only change I noticed with se7en was the hardness and flat stomach. Which I love so I...

    2008 Competition Prep and Training

Re: 2008 Competition Preparation I tried Atkins after my 4th child before I knew better. It was awful. I was cranky and miserable and never made it past the two week induction phase. I prefer to have carbs but to add them at certain times of the day. I do not have carbs at night. But my...

    2008 Competition Prep and Training

Re: 2008 Competition Preparation Awesome weight on the Inclines. I don't think I could live without carbs. Especially when lifting heavy. :)

Can you guys give me some advice on training for my "off season"

Now your talking. I would recommend starting by pulling a sled. You can make one easily. Just get an old tire, throw a rock in the center for weight, get a rope and belt. Then just drag it. :)

What is the strangest thing you eat?

Even off season you don't eat dairy? I love my cottage cheese and low carb yogurts.

What is the strangest thing you eat?

Cottage cheese, tuna and almonds. Great just before bed. Also, I like cottage cheese, peanut butter and chocolate protein powder (mixed in a blender w/ ice and splenda)

Can you guys give me some advice on training for my "off season"

Hi GG! It is just using a barbell (you can add weight or just use the barbell) and switching from one exercise to another without rest. Resting only between circuits. The articles show a list of different exercises that are good circuits. It can really kick your butt. You can get a great...
