what is meant by a "clean" diet??

so Ive finally got my clen and im starting it tomorrow but im a little unsure about the dosage, im taking it orally and the syringe im using goes from 0.1 ml to 1.0 ml, i know that 0.5ml is equal to 100mcg.. so what should i be starting at? its my first time and i want to be extra cautious. i...
