All food regardless loses or displaces its macronutrients during the cooking process this is mainly down to the heat pushed through it and also through seepage of fluids. I find it is by far best to err on the side of caution and use the cooked weight of meats as the base weight for proteins...

Thanks for the advice on the hella/katana set up, just started pct, going into it at 249lbs and cut down to 8% bf hope to keep some of the gains and keep cutting down the bf, resounding success so many thanks

Dylan top advice, many thanks, hella and katana working a treat weight the same bf down 1 % in a week so sitting at 10 % bf now, see where this takes me, maybe have to think another cycle for sometime in the future!
2500 k/cals daily protein heavy, low carbs and this is keeping me at 248lbs and 10% bf, will drop to 1800 for two days every two weeks no carbs and high protein and the the bf dips a little further.
Cheers for sharing the knowledge gents, would you run the helladrol as it says on the tin or is there a better dose and method? The rest seems to be good to go even in the UK.
