damn first rule . my fault cant belived i missed that one . srry guys ..

so i emailed a company , they returned it very quickly and sent me tracking numbers, two in fact as refrences . ive heard of source checking by emailing others from the boards , but iv nvr seen the whole tracking number thing . the source is overseas btw .. has anyone heard of this method...

i have a 10gkit now if im putting it into 10ml bottles is the gear 1000mgs or 100 now ? if i want 50mg in a 3ml syringe how would i calculate the doseage ? where on the plunger would it be ? seeing is how 1000 is a gram already . im confused . first time doing a hb. thanks in advance guys !
