    Yep-did a huge cut, not with cardio though-just a calorie cut. I'm starting to think that maybe my TDEE is lower than the calculators suggest? I'm 6ft, 71kg, so that's around 2500 but thinking this can't be right? I'll slow down on the calories for two weeks or so and see where that takes me.

    TDEE or BMR?

    Bump? Maybe more info will help-I'm using myfitnesspal app but the calories don't change when I change my activity range, so I assume this is BMR. Should I be using this to recomp?
