    Spitting Headache!!!!

    I usually Never get headaches! I am not sure if its the Caffiene, or intense shoulder and trap training. Everytime I do heavy shrugs it seems that the next day I have bad headache, anyone else have this???????

    What hotel are you staying at?? Check out the gyms in the hotels?? At we stayed at Presidente and the gym sucked but there was a farmacia right across the street!!! They had pretty good prices and a good selection lots of Tokkoyo products!
