Just to add, I am very happy with all of my gains thus far. I compete at a pretty high level in triathlons but always stayed on the smaller side. Looking to slow that down and bulk up a little bit. Been on top of my diet/nutrition 110%. Really have a solid diet and work out regiment.

So would you say just eat and add weight gain and supplements then try the other route? This is what I need to know. And I agree 20lbs would be ideal as a start. But I am having a very difficult time. Almost impossible.
