what kind of calories am i suppose to consume, is it like anything that has calories i should eat? or only certain things? like nachos and cheese for example.
I'm working with up to 100lbs of weight to put on a barbell and i have 1 30lb dumb bell.
My old workout routine:
Power Cleans: 3x10
Bench: 3x12
Squats: 3x12
Curls: 3x12
3 times a week. I usually don't do it 3 times a week though. and it was really stressful

It's weird though, I have this feeling whenever I see someone with more muscle than me I think to myself I want that, and I don't care how I get it. I want it bad. It makes me think I dont care what i have to do to get that I want it. but if that means I will have sex problems later thannn...
