Nice write Craig..... What about the body not being able to use fructose as fuel? Fructose has to be transformed to glucose by the liver in order to use it as fuel.
Can you elaborate on this?
I hope you understand me. My english is not very good...

10? come on guys....this guy is around 8% BF...he is lean, it looks like he doesnt have the too much ab development and maybe is holding some water, thats why his abs doesnt show...
Rick bro...what BF% you think you have in your avatar??....if you ask me...you are araound 6% in that pic...
just to remind
lactose problems = intolerance..., poor production or lack of LACTASE enzime to digest LACTOSE..
milk protein problems = allergy (inmune response to proteins in milk), not common in adults...
^^this^^^ and you can also try WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE....most of the WHEY proteins supps have little lactose because they are WHEY CONCENTRATE...WHEY ISOLATE is pure whey without any lactose and fat...
trust me bro you are around 9%...i do a lot BF measurements...i know there are 1-2% margin of error in the measurements...but having abs shining all day usually is under 10% BF...
if you have been much more vascular maybe you where around 7% not 9% like you think...:supercool
