    Catsup, Ketchup...

    I use catsup on occasion & when I do I use the lo carb catsup. It is pretty good but doesn't have as much sugar. Relatively low in cals, too.

    Have any of you girls tried this sweetner?

    I know it is in many of the foods I used to buy & they always tasted good. However I have never had it alone, the way you can buy splenda or equal. I think it is usually combined with other artificial sweetners. I don't think I;ve ever even seen it in the store. Do you like it?

    Long nails or short?

    Mine are long at the moment but I am about to trim them down to a nice short length. They are getting in the way of my lifting & typing. Krav Maga sounds like such a cool art to learn. I have been thinking about taking those classes for awhile now.
