This is my 3rd cycle but the first one im going to attempt to bridge I usually cycle off and take time in between... Now can I use one needle and load the winny/eq in it instead of taking 2 individual shots?

ok here I am doing a sus cycle. I have 5 omnadren and 5 susretard. So i take the 5 Omna first. No problem everything is fine. I take my first shot of Susretard and i feel this lump in my ass. All I wanna know is this supposed to happen?
