I have been maintaining HGH, testosterone ceam, DHEA for over 9 months now and have had great results, i.e. fat loss, 28% to 12%, lean muscle, energy, general wellbeing, libido etc. About to reach 40, I did the major steroid thing in my 20s and 30s and now just want to stay lean and ripped. My question is, if I want to utilise HGH predominantly to maintain being ripped should I keep it to 2 iu twice per day or even less? At the moment I am only taking 0.5mg per day and that is having positive results! Is 0.5mg the 0.25 iu??? If so I might go up to 1 IU perhaps twice per day though. Your thoughts guys?
