I'm just getting back into the gym (07/2017) after 2+ years out, not new to fitness or sport but I am new to bodybuilding so any and all genuine advice is appreciated. I recently made some changes to dedicate myself to my passion which is bodybuilding. My goal is to shred down to below 10%bf and put on some decent muscle in the process. Have cycled with AAS in the past and have done plenty of research on what I have used/will use. But you can never know too much.
