Hey ladies...hope all is well! I've finally got back into the swing of things since my competition(Nov) and the whole Xmas/New Years stuff.
Since my show I've put on a bit of unwanted weight...i can deal with not being "ripped" but this flabby look is so not cool..LOL
I know there a big mental...
how long should you wait between cycles.....i did a 12 week cycle of winny and LOVED it ..just wondering how long I should/gotta wait to do another. This one will be more for gaining some size whereas the other was to keep what I had while dieting down for a competition.

This thread along with a few others I've read indicate that a 2 days on/2 off isn't as effective.
No...I haven't started the clen yet soon though:) . Are you taking it in the evening also? Just wondering..how come your cycling it 2days on/2days off.....I was under the assumption that it was better to cycle it either 1 week on/ 1 off or 2 weeks on/ 2 off.

So how often will you do cardio starting off? Do you bump it up to twice a day eventually? In case I forgot to mention b4 ...you look awesome and thanks for keepin us all up to date!!
