    Sodium!

    Nothing in a can, box, package, etc. Cottage cheese should also be low sodium kind. Throw away your salt shaker and experiment with basil, parsley and other herbs when cooking. Consuming bananas, avocado and other high potassium foods will help reduce fluid retention. Hope this helps :)

    Food before bed

    I would do cottage cheese. Low sodium if possible. If you have a Safeway near you, this is where I get mine from. I add flaxseeds to fill me up a little more (Trader Joes).

    Do you drink soda Regular/Diet/Water

    Water is the best. Diet soda is poison. I'd rather have a regular coke than diet any day! Aspartame is killer.

    What to eat when on the road.......

    Protein bars, unsalted nuts, fruit, string cheese, beef jerky and/or peanut butter. That's about it until I get to my destination!

    Does anyone else use brown rice protein powder?

    Hi everyone, I've been using brown rice protein powder for a few months now. I notice I digest it better than whey. Has anyone else experienced this? I'd like to incorporate whey again, but I need a good quality brand with no chemicals, artificial sweeteners, etc. Any suggestions? Thanks!
